Letter from the Captain
Welcome Aboard PSF
Come experience a day on the water like no other, with Persistence Sportfishing in Panama City Florida!
As a third generation sportfisherman Capt. Rob Noelker has blue water in his veins. His grandfather Skip started this heritage on a 48’ Ocean called the Strikefighter. Winning a South Florida sailfish Gold Cup, chasing blue marlin in the Bahamas, and competing for the podium in several other tournaments. The history and experience this family has to offer is rich.
Capt. Justin Horne, an extremely competent and skilled local charter boat Captain. Capt. Justin brings his own wealth of knowledge and experience in a fishery he’s been a part of his entire life. One of the most successful wreck/reef fisherman in our area, you’re sure to have a memorable experience. Capt. Justin always entertains so don’t be afraid to cut up!
Capt. Dennis Grater rounds out this prestigious group with his decades of technical knowledge. From 72’ Viking sportfishers, high performance center consoles, all the way down to technical poling skiffs. There’s nothing about a vessel on the water Capt. Dennis doesn’t know about. A master on the flats, in the backwater, and an artist when it comes to the blue.
Persistence Sportfishing sets itself apart from the fleet by offering a quality of service often lost in our industry. A deeply personal connection with the ocean. A desire to teach, pass on the traditions, and advance heritage to those willing to learn.
A dedicated, driven, and passionate group who strive to provide a valuable memory every time they step off the dock. You’ll find yourself immersed in a day in the life of a sportfisherman.
Come join us. As we chase your next trophy catch. Whether working the blue water chasing pelagics, hitting the reef/wrecks for monsters on the bottom, or cruising the flats in search of its many treasures, you can be sure that the Persistence crew will work to put you on the fish.
